Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund, a different size via exchange, or store credit to use on a future colorful purchase.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original eco-friendly mailer, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new items within 7-10 working days.
